We believe in the things we sell and we want you to be happy with them too. So, if they have failed you in any way, please contact us and we can discuss the options - many items come with a guarantee, or warranty - and we may either offer to exchange them, or give you your money back, depending on the problem.
how to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging would be good!
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, we will cover second class post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting card, which you can get from the Post Office.
